ATLANTA, July 13, 2023 — Miller Zell is excited to join the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) this month and become a partner in shaping the global business diversity landscape.

Miller Zell, a branded environments solutions company, is committed to supporting minority business development and increasing the diversity of our supplier and vendor partners.

“We are excited to have Miller Zell join our work to accelerate growth for MBE businesses and create generational wealth for the communities of color we serve. Their partnership will help us reach our goal of $1 trillion in annual revenue for NMSDC-certified MBEs. The support of companies like Miller Zell is key to ending the racial wealth gap and building a strong and resilient U.S. economy that works for everyone,” said NMSDC CEO and President Ying McGuire.

Founded in 1972, the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) network supports growth domestically and internationally. It includes 23 regional affiliates nationwide and five global affiliates. In 2022, NMSDC’s 15,000+ minority business enterprises (MBEs) connected to 1,700+ corporations, resulting in $482.1 billion in economic output, sustaining 1.8 million jobs, with $136.4 billion in total wages earned.

Miller Zell and NMSDC share a belief that a more inclusive and diverse workforce/supply chain leads to improved market share and reduced operating costs – a win-win scenario from top to bottom for both our company and our clients.

“Miller Zell supports the growth of diverse businesses because it’s both the right thing to do and because it’s good for business,” Miller Zell CEO Chip Miller said. “We support entrepreneurship and recognize the importance of building a more resilient supply chain, goals we share with the NMSDC.”
