Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, looked to Miller Zell to help in their quest for continuous reinvention including new initiatives like the launch of their Neighborhood Markets store concepts, the Vision Center and apparel.
With each new initiative, Miller Zell invented, tested new solutions and proactively brought Walmart ideas to build their brand, help with inventory control, reduce their carbon footprint and expand their markets.
Additionally Miller Zell has worked with Walmart to evolve store messaging as their shopper evolves from changing messaging hierarchy to developing a system that speaks to the varying geographies of the Walmart stores for more than 4000 locations in the US to 400 strores in Canada, and more than 10,000 stores worldwide.
