ATLANTA, Jan. 23, 2019 — Miller Zell recruited 21 new hires and promoted 11 associates since the fourth quarter of 2018, adding and rewarding a diversity of accomplished talent in order to better serve our clients with industry-leading retail solutions.

This growth and internal development support our standards of excellence and will enhance our client-first focus.

Lavina Moss, vice president of human resources, noted that Miller Zell recognizes the intense competition for top talent, both recruiting it and retaining it. “We are on the cusp of a demographic shift that will create intense competition for talent, so it is important to harvest critical talent like never before,” she said. “We must remain an employer of choice; a place that is inviting and where employees feel valued and heard.”

The staff expansion bolsters creative services, sales, digital strategy, facilities, installations and our graphics center, as well as our Bentonville, Ark., office. Five associates were elevated to project management, while other promotions came in our graphics center, logistics, desktop services and analytics.

These recruitments and promotions reflect Miller Zell’s strong growth after a successful 2018 campaign, as well as a belief that retailers willing to continually innovate will be well-positioned in 2019 and beyond.
