ATLANTA, Aug. 7 2026 — Miller Zell is pleased to announce that Donny Bradshaw has joined our team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing over two decades of experience building finance organizations for companies across manufacturing and services.

In Bradshaw’s 22-year career, he has built finance organizations from the ground up, led enterprise system implementations and closed and integrated multiple acquisitions, ranging from public company divestitures to cross-border stock purchases. Before joining Miller Zell, he was at Verndale, a digital experience firm, and with Atlanta-based PureRed, a retail marketing and commercial print company.

“A new CFO doesn’t always walk into a healthy finance function. I did with Miller Zell,” Bradshaw said. “There are more than 60 years of institutional discipline behind this company and a team that understands the mechanics of this business at a level of detail you simply cannot hire for. My job is not to rebuild what is already working — it is to build on it. As Miller Zell continues investing in automation, in facilities and in the technology our clients depend on, finance has to be able to answer harder questions faster and answer them with confidence. That is the work I’m looking forward to, and I get to do it alongside people who have already earned the right to be trusted with it.”

Bradshaw will lead Miller Zell’s finance organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and the reporting infrastructure supporting the company’s ongoing investments in automation, facilities and technology.

“Donny brings wide-ranging and critical financial expertise to our team that will help grow our business,” Miller Zell CEO Chip Miller said. “He will be a great addition to our leadership, both now and into a rapidly evolving retail future.”

Bradshaw earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia College & State University. A native of Dublin, Ga., he now lives in Smyrna and enjoys time with his three children, UGA football, his fiancé and their many dogs.
