Our Production, Sourcing, and Manufacturing team is made up of seasoned professionals in multiple countries. These are people who get excited about materials, production methods, and sustainability and who love to find new and more efficient ways of making furniture and fixtures.
In addition to our production partners in the US and Canada, we have developed an Asian Vendor Partner Network to develop and manufacture fixtures, millwork, and equipment in the most cost effective and time sensitive manner. This network extends our domestic manufacturing capabilities and connects us with sourcing avenues around the world.
We work in concert with our creative design and engineering development teams to utilize our collective knowledge of new materials, technologies and processes to optimize each fixture’s performance, sustainability, and aesthetics while reducing manufacturing costs and lead-time. Since we work directly with our Creative and Strategy teams, we can focus on the entire process and client business objectives. From our Value Engineering initiatives to blended production analysis, we constantly strive to shorten lead-times, reduce labor, and offer better material costs and options. These efforts provide customers with manufacturing capabilities that are flexible and responsive to their budgets and time lines. Our manufacturing teams coordinate and manage both internal and external production facilities for vendor and materials selection, prototyping, production planning, quality management and product inspections. This coordinated effort ensures retail fixtures, furniture, and equipment are delivered on schedule and on budget. |
