The people at MZRS come from a variety of backgrounds including IT, project management, 3PL, transportation, installation, site surveying, and building. At their disposal they have powerful IT systems and multiple, company-managed logistics centers in both the US and Canada. This integration with the rest of Miller Zell provides an unbroken chain of responsibility that streamlines the process of moving from concept to reality.

MZ Retail Services professional store implementation teams provide nationwide coverage and can deploy retail rollout and renewal programs in virtually any type of store environment ProjectTrac (MZ developed on-line portal) gives clients the ability to track the progress of implementations online 24/7.

 

Installation Issues addressed

Full project visibility is critical for smooth roll-outs, and we give our field and installation teams the tools needed to get quick answers and to provide detailed progress reports. If a team encounters unexpected site conditions or other issues, for example, it is able to photographically document and upload the information into our R.E.A.C.H Client resource system. One there the issue is addressed and solved by our project management teams. Each issue is visible to the client along with the timeframe for resolution as well as resources needed.
