Full project visibility

We give installation teams the tools to get quick answers and to provide detailed progress reports - such as proprietary apps with high resolution cameras and real-time linking to our tracking systems. If a team encounters unexpected site conditions, for example, it is able to photographically document and upload the information into our MZ REACH client resource system where it is addressed by our project management teams. Each issue is visible to the client along with the timeframe for resolution as well as resources needed.
